ECVPAC Contribution Drive

Description
Contributions to the ECVPAC allow ACEC Virginia to foster a business climate in the VA General Assembly to ensure that the interests of engineering companies are protected. In addition, ACEC Virginia holds paramount the primary obligation of engineers to promote the general public's health, safety, and welfare. Advocacy efforts will allow our members’ contributions to the built environment to continue for the public good in Virginia, the country, and worldwide.
Contributions to the ECVPAC may be either from the firm or an individual.
Please note the following:
- Per Virginia Election Laws, if your contribution is valued at more than $100, the information provided through this online form must be reported to the State Board of Elections. Contributions valued at $100 or less are not required to be listed in an itemized report to the State Board of Elections, but the information is required for our records.
- Contributions to ECVPAC are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes.

Virginia law requires all candidate campaign committees to maintain a record of the name, mailing address, occupation information (includes type of work, employer and principal place of business) for each individual who contributes to our committee. Your information will not be made public if your cumulative contribution is $100 or less for this calendar year.
Contributions to ECVPAC are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes.
