ACEC Virginia Member Table Registration (up to 3 staff) - $650

Prospective Member Table Registration (up to 3 staff) - $1900

There are up to 15 firms, including admission for up to 3 firm representatives, lunch, and logo recognition throughout the event. You will have one-on-one time with each DBE firm at your table as they rotate through the Round-Robin format. In addition, VDOT representatives will also be seated at your table. Bring plenty of business cards!

DBE Firm Registration - $150/firm (15 firms, up to 2 staff)

To be recognized as a DBE firm during this event, you must register as a DBE. As a DBE firm, you will have 7 minutes at EVERY table to describe your firm and the services you offer. Please bring plenty of business cards!

VDOT Registration – Complimentary

** Registration for this event can be canceled prior to October 10, 2025. After October 10, registration can be transferred to another individual.

9:30 am - Round Robin: 1st Rotation (2 minutes between each table, 15 tables)
