Interested in seeing how steel is made? Want to watch molten steel be tested? Curious how billets are rolled and tempered? Then join us in November for a steel mill plant tour. The last time this tour was offered was over 10 years ago. If you missed it, be sure to sign up and catch it this time! 

We encourage all attendees to carpool or rideshare as parking is limited. 

Key items to note are as follows: 

1. Clothing: Jeans are recommended. Shorts are not allowed. 

2. Shoes: No open-toed shoes are permitted. Steel toe boots or sturdy shoes required. Sneakers not recommended 

3. Jewelry: No jewelry of any kind is allowed in the mill. Please notify SEAVa if you have a Medical Alert Bracelet that you will be wearing. 

4. Personal Protection Equipment: Please bring your hard hat, eye protection, and ear protection if you have it. Otherwise, the plant will provide it for you. 

5. Photography: Cell phones are not permitted in the plant. Please leave them in your car or in the conference room prior to the tour. 

Lunch will not be provided. But a light snack will be available. Space is limited! Registration closes on November 15th. So register early to reserve your spot.
