2023 DBE Round Robin with the Virginia Department of Transportation

Thursday, September 7th - 8:30 am - 2:00 pm

Hilton Short Pump, RVA

Join ACEC Virginia, and VDOT for a day of networking and collaboration for Prime and DBE Firms. Earn 2 PDHs. See below for participating firms.

11:30 am -  Round Robin: 3rd Rotation (2 minutes between each table, 15 tables)
12:15 pm - End Round tables
12:30 pm - Lunch Presentation - "Partnering for Success"

Registration Information:

Table Registration (15 firms, up to 3 staff) - $500/table
Includes admission for up to 3 firm representatives, lunch, and logo recognition throughout the event. You must be a current ACEC/VA or ACEC/MW member to purchase a table. You will have one-on-one time with each DBE firm at your table as they rotate through the Round-Robin format. In addition, VDOT selection committee members and district office representatives will also be seated at your table. Bring plenty of business cards!

DBE Firm Registration - $125/firm  (15 firms, max of 2 staff) SOLD OUT
To be recognized as a DBE firm during this event, you must register as a DBE. As a DBE firm, you will have 7 minutes at EVERY table to describe your firm and the services you offer. Please bring plenty of business cards!

Networking Area - $100
Purchasing an individual ticket allows you access to the networking area, this type of registration does NOT guarantee participation in the round-robin. The networking area will include all exhibitors and is where attendees gather during breaks/lunch.

Exhibitor - $250
Exhibiting at the Transportation Round-Robin will allow you to share your firm's products and services with DBE firms and ACEC members. Your company logo will be displayed in the PowerPoint throughout the event. In addition, an exhibit table will be provided in the networking area. The fee includes two company representatives to attend the event and lunch. Exhibitors do not participate in the Round Robin.
